Section 278 (2)

provisions of Imperial Merchant Shipping Act. 1894, and its meaning is clearly that a vessel whose Pertificate ex- pires while she is abroad must be Surveyed and have a fresh Cer- tificate from the Board of before she again plies with passen - gers, after her next subsequent return to the United Kingdom.
